We see patients both in the hospital and as outpatients in the Journey Clinic and provide comprehensive  assessment and therapy. We engage children in becoming partners in their own healing through modalities such as Five Element nutrition, therapeutic use of essential oils, acupoint therapy, guided imagery and self-hypnosis, and tui-na.

Newbridge Clinic is an outpatient Pediatric, Family and Adult health center founded to provide the latest in preventive holistic and integrative care for children, adults and families.

We provide preventative consultative care with a focus on nutrition, and lifestyle factors. Our health care providers use a holistic approach and excel at diagnosing underlying medical/health conditions which impact overall health, function and quality of life. We develop comprehensive individualized treatment and wellness plans for patients based on both conventional, integrative and complementary therapies, with a focus on functional medicine, nutrition and mind-body approaches.

Newbridge Clinic practitioners have received advanced training through the Institute for Functional Medicine (IFM), MN Holistic Medicine Group, the Autism Research Institute (ARI), the Medical Academy of Pediatric Special Needs (MAPS), International Lyme and Associated Diseases Society (ILADS) and many other sources, and incorporate a variety of integrative approaches for managing the unique and varying underlying health issues of each individual.

Newbridge Clinic also offers elimination diets and/or testing to help uncover food sensitivites and counsel you on the dietary changes necessary to treat many chronic health conditions. This testing and dietary protocol has been extremely effective in helping those with ADHD, Autism, IBS, chronic diarrhea, heartburn/GERD, fibromyalgia, arthritis, joint pain, mental health concerns, muscle pain, weight imbalances, chronic fatigue, chronic sinusitis, insomnia, skin eruptions and more.
