I am Judi Ross, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and a Registered Yoga Teacher and owner of Judi Ross Holistic Therapy (JRHT). JRHT’s mission is to help clients improve mental, physical, and spiritual wellbeing
by making empowering choices, improving relationships with Self and others, and establishing a healthy, balanced lifestyle.
I use integrative talk therapy techniques, with a mind-body-spirit approach, to promote holistic health and wellness for individuals. This approach includes mental health interventions, mindfulness, meditation, breath work, and yoga skills.
Common goals addressed in holistic therapy at JRHT include improving mood from depression and anxiety,
improving relationships with more effective communication and conflict resolution skills,
rebuilding self-esteem, and implementing sustainable self care practices.
I have been a psychotherapist for 35 years. In that time, I have been a Senior Trainer for the International Institute for Bioenergetic Analysis (an experience that gave me a grounding in somatic work). I have been a regional coordinator for the Spiritual Emergence Network (dealing with both spiritual and psychic disruptions); an instructor for BioGeometry Energy Systems Ltd. (learning to create healing environments); and currently am an Approved Consultant for EMDR (a trauma and mood disorder therapy). I primarily work with adults and older adolescents.
